高校物流专业教学长期以来饱受与行业发展脱轨的诟病,教学体系偏重理论,忽视了技能教育与职业素质教育的培养。在当今物流行业发展迅速的前提下,物流技术、物流管理理念均以意想不到的速度前进着,培养具有创造性思维、学习型思维的物流专业人才才能真正做到与时俱进,紧跟行业步伐。文中以能力本位为理念,充分结合各领域物流企业对人才能力的要求,分析在物流行业现有发展规模下专业人才能力构成。

Teaching system of Logistics specialty in colleges and universities,which emphasizes theory and neglects practice and professional quality,is criticized for being out of track of industry development in a long time.With rapid development of logistics industry,logistics technology and logistics management theory is stepping forward in a in amazing speed.Under such a background,cultivate logistics talents who have creative and learning thinking is the right way to keep pace with the industry development.This paper combines fully integrates talent capacityrequirements of logistics enterprises,analyses professional talent capacity composition under the existinglogistics industry development based on competency-based training.
