在系统地梳理国内外及上海市节能项目节能量审核现状的基础上,指出了目前节能量审核工作的成绩与不足,结合大量的调研分析及多年的工作经验,对节能项目节能量审核体系建设、节能量审核方法、审核机构能力建设等方面提出了改进建议,以完善节能量审核工作机制,促进节能量审核工作的规范开展。

Based on systematic review of energy conservation project energy saving quantity audit current situation, the article shows that there is achievements and shortcomings in energy saving quantity audit. Combined with a large number of research and many years working experience, the author provides improvement suggestions from energy conservation project energy saving quantity audit system construction, energy saving audit method and audit institution ability construction in order to improve energy saving quantity audit working mechanism and promote energy saving audit task standard implementation.
