摘要
尝试对我国卓越教师教育制度分析,根据国内外卓越教师教育现状研究,指出当前卓越教师实践教学存在的问题。以协同学为理论基础,通过序参量的确定构建全要素参与的校地协同的卓越教师实践教学模式。
This paper tends to analyze the education system of excellent teachers in China. It pointed out the problem of practice teaching of excellent teachers,based on the current research of excellent teachers home and abroad.Based on the Synergism Theory and the determination of order parameters,it is to structure synergy with school and location model of practical teaching of excellent teachers.
