摘要
从动机激发、目标定位和结果归因三个层面探究成功学对大学生心理发展的消极影响。成功学以庸俗成功观激发大学生学习的外部动机,过高的目标定位使得大学生主观幸福感降低,过多的内部归因降低了大学生的自我效能感。
The negative impacts of success on the psychological development of college students are explored from motivation,targeting and results attributed. Vulgar concept of success inspires college students to learn for external motivation. Too high targeting makes students' SWB reduced and excessive internal attribution reduce the college students' sense of self- efficacy.
