摘要
针对RS-232串口通信在科氏粉料流量测控系统中的通信速率低、连接不可靠的应用限制,设计了基于USB通信的测控系统。基于STM32硬件平台和μC/OS-II操作系统平台,完成了测控系统底层USB通信设计;采用C#编程语言,完成测控系统上层USB通信设计。实际结果表明,基于USB通信的测控系统通信设计能够有效提高测控系统数据传输的可靠性、实时性及连接可靠性。
Aiming at the application shortcomings of low communication rate and unreliable connection of R8-232 used in coriolis powder flow measure&control system, the system of communication based on USB is designed. The paper completes the USB communication underlying design based on STM32 hardware platform and μC/OS-Ⅱ OS platform, and completes the USB communication design of upper system using C g language. At last, the communication and control system design is finished. The actual results show that the USB communication system can improve the reliability and real-time of data transmission, the reliability of connection effectively.
