基于能量储备与释放理论的大货车交通事故机理与对策研究 被引量:8

摘要 为揭示大货车交通事故发生的本质规律,针对我国大货车交通事故频发、大货车交通安全问题日益突出这一现状,以大货车交通事故发生机理为研究对象,基于能量储备与释放理论,建立了大货车能量储备模型与能量释放模型,提出了基于能量储备与释放的大货车交通事故发生机理,并通过案例对该机理的科学性和适用性进行了验证。案例分析表明:基于能量储备与释放理论的大货车交通事故机理能够充分揭示大货车交通事故造成严重人身伤害的内在本质,而科学管理和控制能量意外释放的诱发因素是避免大货车交通事故发生的根本途径。最后,从能量适度储备与合理释放角度提出了预防我国大货车交通事故的对策与建议。 At present,with so many large-truck traffic accidents ,traffic safety problem is becoming increas- ingly serious in China. This article focuses on the mechanism of large-truck traffic accidents. Through anal- ysis of basic principles of the energy reserves and release theory,the paper finds that the theory is a set of mature and systemic method and it explains comprehensively and systematically the essential causes of acci- dents and accidents' prevention. Based on the energy reserve and release theory,this paper builds a large- truck energy reserve and release model, and proposes the mechanism of large-truck traffic accidents, and then analyzes a case. The study result shows that the proposed mechanism can fully reveal the inherent na- ture of serious personal injury in accidents. Scientifically managing and controlling the induced factors of the energy's accidental release is the fundamental way to avoid the occurrence of large-truck traffic acci- dents. Finally,from the moderate reserve and reasonable release of energy,the paper puts forward several countermeasures for preventing large-truck traffic accidents.
