摘要
针对混凝土湿喷机工作臂运动繁琐和结构复杂的特点,利用Solidwork软件建立湿喷机工作臂的三维设计模型,运用Adams软件对工作臂的运动规律进行仿真,通过AnsysWorkbench软件对工作臂的强度、刚度进行校核计算。基于虚拟样机技术对混凝土湿喷机工作臂的研究可在设计阶段发现其存在的缺陷并提出修改设计的措施,缩短湿喷机的研制周期,降低产品的研发成本。
With the characteristics of the wet-concrete sprayer being complicated in the movement of its working arm and com- plex in structure taken into account,a three-dimensional design model for the working arm of a wet-concrete sprayer is estab- lished in the light of the software of Solidwork. The motion laws of the working arm is simulated with the help of the software of Adams. Both the strength and rigidity of the working arm are checked with the software of AnsysWorkbench. Owing to the fact that the potential defects of the working arm could be found at the design stage, and the measure for modifying the design could be taken before it is made, the developing duration for the working arm could be shortened,with the developing costs of the product cut down.
