曲线地段框构桥与线路斜交情况下,运用TJB型28m便梁架空轨道尚没有经验可循。TJB型28m便梁主要由纵向的主梁、横梁、梁体支座及联接构件组成;框架桥斜交角度大,便梁采取错位架空,错位长度达4m;架空时用横梁取代轨枕、用主梁取代道床;钢轨所受的荷载通过横梁及横梁与主梁的联结件传至主梁、至墩柱、至地基。实践证明采用该方案确实可行,具有安全、经济、高效的优点。通过详细介绍TJB型28m便梁架空线路结构、方案检算以及施工关键点,对类似工程具有较强的指导借鉴作用。
In curved-line sections where a frame structure obliquely crosses the railway track, there is no existing experience to learn from in laying an overhead railway track with a 28-m TJB-type make-shift beam. The 28-m TJB-type make-shift beam is chiefly made up of the longitudinal main beam, lateral beams, bearing supports for beam bodies, and some connective compo- nents. As the oblique angle of the frame bridge is great,the make-shift beam has to be erected dislocated and overhead,with the dislocating length being 4 meters. When the beam is erected overhead,the lateral beams are used to replace the sleepers and the main beam is used to replace the track bed. Loads borne by the rail will be passed,by way of the lateral beams and the connec- tive members between the lateral beams and the main beam, to the main beam, to the piers and finally to the foundation. Prac- tice shows that the scheme is practical and feasible,and has the advantages of being safe, economical and efficient. Through de- scribing the structure of the 28-m TJB-type make-shift beam, the overhead track-laying construction with it and the key points of the construction in detail,the paper may serve as a useful reference for other projects of similar types.
