摘要
结合南京浦口五华路路面工程,采用新型橡胶连接剂CTOR对干拌橡胶沥青混合料进行改性。通过室内配合比和性能试验得出CTOR和橡胶粉的适宜掺量,试验结果表明CTOR干拌橡胶沥青混合料的水稳定性、高低温稳定性均有不同程度的提高。现场施工和检测结果表明,CTOR干拌橡胶沥青混合料路用性能能满足规范要求,同时具有易施工、节能、环保等优点,可以用于改性沥青路面。
With the Wuhua Road Pavement Project at Pukou of Nanjing as a practical example,a new type of rubber-linking a- gent CTOR is used to improve the performance of the dry-mixed rubber-asphalt mixture. Upon the basis of indoor mixture ratio and performance tests,the respective appropriate mixed amount of both CTOR and rubber powder are determined. The test re- sults show that both the water stability and the high-and-low temperature stability of the CTOR rubber-asphalt mixture are im- proved to different extents. Both Construction practice and testing results show that the CTOR rubber-asphah mixture meets the performance requirements in pavement. Meanwhile,it has the advantages of being easy in construction,energy-saving, satis- factory in environmental protection. Therefore, it can be used for modified-asphalt pavement.
