摘要
郑机城际跨陇海线特大桥87孔700t双线整孔预制箱梁由于临近既有石武高铁且位于R=1 600m的小曲线上,目前国内常用的架梁设备满足不了要求,通过研究,决定采用YJ900运架一体机解决侵限问题。在马鞍梁与主梁之间增设通过PLC进行转向控制的转向机构,保证主机与导梁机对位角度,实现小曲线半径架梁;通过加长中滚轮支腿横移梁并在桥墩上增设辅助支撑,解决了小曲线半径架梁导梁中心偏离中滚轮支腿量超限问题,确保了稳定。为类似工程提供有益借鉴。
As the Zhengji inter-municipal 87 m-span,700 t dual-line mega box girder bridge neighbors the existing Shi-Wu High Speed Railway and is located on a R = 1 600 m-small-radius-curve line, no existing erecting machines at home can meet its gird- er-erecting requirements. Upon the basis our research,it is decided to use YJg00-type transporting-and-erecting machine to solve the problem of intruding the existing railway limits. A bogie device is provided between the saddle-shaped beam and the main beam to control the change in direction through the PLC so as to ensure the right alignment of the main machine with the lead beam machine, and help successfully perform the beam--erecting operation on the small-radius-curved railway track. By length- ening the lateral beam of the sliding wheel of the mid-leg, and providing additional auxiliary supports on the piers, the problem of the centre of the lead beam moving away from the leg of the mid-wheel in the course of erecting the girder on the small-radius-curved railway track is solved and the stability is thus ensured. The proiect may serve as a useful reference for other similar projects.
