大理市第一人民医院2012～2014年抗菌药物使用情况分析

USAGE ANALYSIS OF ANTIBACTERIAL DRUGS FROM 2012 TO 2014 IN THE FIRST PEOPLE'S HOSPITAL OF DALI

目的：主要从用药金额及用药频度分析大理市第一人民医院2012∽2014年抗菌药物使用情况，为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供参考。方法调取医院信息管理系统中2012∽2014年抗菌药物的相关数据，对其使用量、金额、用药频度进行分析。结果抗菌药物的使用量呈先下降后上升的趋势，其金额占总用药金额比例逐渐减小。头孢菌素类使用量居首位；青霉素类使用量排第二；单环β内酰胺类的使用情况变化较大；其余类别的抗菌药物使用频度变化不大。结论大理市第一人民医院的抗菌药物使用金额及用药频度的变化趋势基本合理。

Objective To analyze the usage of antibacterial drugs, the sales amount of drugs and the DDDs mainly from 2012 to 2014 of the first people＆#39;s hospital of Dali city to promote clinical rational use of drugs .Methods To retrieve related data about an-tibacterial drugs from 2012 to 2014 from hospital information management system, and analyze its usage amount, sales amount and DDDs.Results The use amount of antibacterial drugs showed a trend of declined after increased first, and decreased in the propor-tion of the total amount of medication year by year.The amount of Cephalosporin class is in the first place; The Penicillin is the sec-ond kind of usage; The usage of monocyclic beta lactam class changes a lot; The rest of the categories of antibacterial drugs had little change.Conclusion The change trend of use amount and frequency of antibacterial drug of first people＆#39;s hospital of Dali city is basi-cally reasonable.
