摘要
物质资助只能解决家庭经济困难学生的暂时困难,要帮助他们成长成才,从根本上解决贫困,就必须依靠非物质资助。提高对长期受困难文化影响的学生的非物质资助实效,需要培养他们提高综合素质能力、职业生涯规划能力以及就业竞争力,从精神、心理帮扶和加强励志教育两个层面上进行突围,达到精神与能力交融效果,突破过去低效的资助形式。
The substance aid can only solve temporary difficulties for the students from poor families. In order to help them grow and develop and shake off poverty,we must rely on non- material assistance. To improve the effectiveness of non- material aid for the poor students affected by long- term poverty,it is necessary to help them improve the overall quality and ability,career planning ability and employment competitive ability. The blended effect of poor students' spirit and ability improvement can be achieved and the inefficient form of past aid for them altered by the two levels,that is,the spiritual and psychological helping and inspirational education.
