基于直接约束法的预应力构件张拉全过程分析方法

摘要 为准确模拟预应力构件张拉过程中预应力筋与混凝土之间的相互作用,引入一种基于直接约束法的张拉全过程分析方法。该方法运用MSC.MARC软件建立预应力构件模型,混凝土和预应力筋采用三维实体单元模拟,定义库仑双线性模型为混凝土和预应力筋之间的摩擦本构关系,利用直接约束法描述接触关系,进行预应力张拉全过程分析。采用该方法对2个预应力构件模型进行预应力构件张拉全过程分析,将模拟计算值、试验实测值和按设计规范计算的理论值进行对比,结果表明该方法模拟的有效预应力值与实测值、理论值吻合较好,验证了该方法的准确性。 To exactly simulate the interaction of the prestressed tendons and concrete during the tensioning process of the prestressed components,a method to analyze the whole tensioning process based on the direct constraint method is introduced.In this method,the MSC.MARC software was used to establish the models of the prestressed components,the concrete and prestressed tendons were simulated by the three-dimensional solid elements,the Coulomb bilinear model was defined as the frictional constructive relations between the concrete and the prestressed tendons,and the direct constraint method was used to describe the contact relation,to carry out the whole process analysis of the tensioning of prestressed tendons.The method was used to do the whole process analysis of the tensioning of the prestressed components in the two prestressed component models.The simulated calculation value,measured value and the theoretical calculation value in the design code were compared.The results of the comparison show that the effective prestress value simulated by the method is in good agreement with the measured value and the theoretical value,proving the accuracy of the method.
