摘要
基于光纤Sagnac干涉效应,建立一套光纤声发射传感系统,并分析其系统构成和测量原理,建立标准声发射采集系统并进行室内实验,完成对三个声源信号:断铅信号、摩擦信号和敲击信号的采集测试。实验结果表明,与传统声发射检测系统相比,新型光纤Sagnac声发射检测系统具有整体简单,操作简易,设备体积小等优点。
Based on optical Fiber Sagnac interference effecting,fiber optic acoustic emission sensing system establish on Sagnac loop,and the system structure and measuring principle is analyzed,standard acoustic emission signal acquisition system is established and indoor experiment is conducted. The system accomplish to collect three sound source signals:Lead-off signal, friction signal and percussion signal. Compared with traditional acoustic emission testing system,experimental results show that the new fiber optic Sagnac acoustic emission sensor has good corresponding to the acoustic emission signal,and have the advantage of static-free,simple structure,small size.
