基于STM32的绿色环保型洗筷消毒一体机设计与制作

摘要 设计了一款基于STM32单片机为核心的绿色环保型洗筷消毒一体机。该设计使用浊度传感器作为检测装置,依靠舵机辅助控制筷子的流向,采用直流电机控制对筷子进行清洗。在本设计中采用模糊PID控制器控制系统,使整个系统具有更好的动、静态性能和抗干扰能力,并通过加长舵机转臂提高舵机响应速度,从而解决了系统的滞后问题,实现了对筷子的分拣与清洗功能,并给出了详细的控制系统设计方案。实验结果表明,该系具有统运行稳定,设计制造成本低,使用方便,实用性强等特点,具有广泛的应用前景。 Designed a model based on the STM32 MCU as the core of green environmental protection chopsticks disinfection machine design.The design using turbidity sensor as the detector,rely on the steering gear auxiliary control the flow of chopsticks,the dc motor control to wash chopsticks.In this fuzzy PID controller in the design of control system,the whole system has better dynamic and static performance and anti-interference ability,and through extended steering gear turning arm speed,the response of the steering gear so as to solve the problem of the lag of the system.Sorting and cleaning function realized with chopsticks,and gives the detailed design of control system,the experimental results show that the system runs stably,design and manufacture of low cost,easy to use,strong practicability etc.,has wide application prospect.
