摘要
在现有大头菜切片方法的基础上,设计了一种大头菜自动切片机,由电机、动力传输装置、引导斜板、特制切片刀架部分和双辊筒部分等组成。引导斜板能够较好的引导大头菜,特制切片刀架部分可使大头菜切片时受力均匀,切片整齐,还不堵刀,而双辊筒部分能自动拉出大头菜,完成切片全过程。
Based on the nowadays method of auto slicing for turnips,a auto slicing for turnips is designed,which is composed with motor,power transmission device,guide inclined plate,special section of cutter and double roller part,etc. Guide plate can guide the turnip. Special section of cutter can make turnip slice force uniform,neatly sliced and don＇t block the knife. Double roller part can automatically pull the turnip,completing the wholeprocess of slicing.
