摘要
以发动机悬置系统能量解耦及模态分布为目标函数,悬置刚度参数为设计变量,考虑目标函数和约束条件对于悬置刚度参数的灵敏度,构造了多目标优化数学模型。编制Matlab优化程序,结合ISIGHT软件,采用多岛遗传优化算法对一款发动机悬置系统的悬置刚度参数进行了优化设计,并用DOE技术进行了敏感性分析,定位影响主方向模态及能量分布的关键因素,通过刚度调整,达到了设计目标,解决了工程实际问题。
In engine mounting system energy decoupling and modal distribution as objective function, the suspension stiffness parameters as design variables,considering the objective function and constraint conditions for suspension stiffness parameters, the sensitivity of the multi-objective optimization mathematical model is constructed. Matlab optimization program, combined with the ISIGHT software, adopt many island genetic optimization algorithm for a suspension stiffness of engine mounting system parameters were optimized,and the DOE technology has carried on the sensitivity analysis,positioning affect the direction of the modal and the energy distribution of the key factors,through stiffness adjustment,has reached the design target,solves the practical engineering problems.
