摘要
管棚钻机是管棚超前支护施工的关键设备,为应对我国隧道管棚施工的需要,对双立柱管棚钻机的结构进行了研究和设计。双立柱管棚钻机主要由钻进机构、机架、底盘、支腿、钻具、动力系统及控制系统组成,分析了各组成部分的功能及要求,对其结构进行了设计,并提出了不同的围岩情况下钻具的配备类型,对管棚钻机的国产化及自动化研究具有一定的参考意义。
