为缩短汽车新车型的开发制造周期,在软工装制造过程中,采用柔性化总拼平台,可以大量节约软工装工装制造成本,减少工装制造周期和人力成本等。针对已往项目软工装需要占用较多资源的现状(如设计人员需求、设计及加工周期、加工成本等),进行优化设计,使得整个软工装平台具有更大的柔性兼容能力,以达到资源重复利用,节约制造成本,缩短项目开发周期的目的。
