摘要
为缩短汽车新车型的开发制造周期,在软工装制造过程中,采用柔性化总拼平台,可以大量节约软工装工装制造成本,减少工装制造周期和人力成本等。针对已往项目软工装需要占用较多资源的现状(如设计人员需求、设计及加工周期、加工成本等),进行优化设计,使得整个软工装平台具有更大的柔性兼容能力,以达到资源重复利用,节约制造成本,缩短项目开发周期的目的。
Flexible platform is applied in soft tooling manufacture for shortening developing and manufacturing cycle of new vehicle model,which can largely save manufacturing cost, reduce manufacturing cycle and manpower cost, etc.. In view of the present situation of soft tooling occupying more resources(such as the designer requirements,design and machining cycle,manufacturing cost,etc.),the new technology with flexible platform makes the soft tooling platform have more flexible compatible ability by optimizing design in order to achieve the purpose of reusing resources,saving manufacturing cost and shorten project development cycle.
