针对目前汽车生产车间对物料拉动及生产信息时时显示广泛要求,引入Andon系统,并分析Andon系统的系统架构及应用。Andon系统通过与现有的生产装配线各设备的实时信息交互,用声光信息在看板上显示当前生产线各设备的运行状态,及时向相关负责人提供所需的各种动态信息,确保物料的实时供应,避免生产停线,实现了物流的拉动和生产信息的目视。

In view of the present automobile production workshop for material pulling and production information always showed a broad requirements,introducing the Andon system,and analysis the system architecture and application of Andon system. Andon system with the existing production assembly line equipment real-time information interaction,using audio and video information displayed on the kanban current production line the running status of equipment,the relevant person in charge of in a timely manner to provide the required all kinds of dynamic information,to ensure material supply of real-time,avoid production stop line,realized the pull of the logistics and production of visual information.
