摘要
介绍了汽车驻车(集成驻车卡钳)制动系统在整车上匹配出现的一些问题的解决方式和方法。在这些问题解决当中,分析了驻车系统匹配计算中出现的一些变量,例如拉索的行程和负载效率、初始摩擦系数,并通过台架试验、实车试验等分析了如何这些变量在开发过程和生产过程中做到一致,而这些解决方式和方法是解决驻车制动问题的关键。
The car parking(integrated parking caliper) braking system in vehicle matching problems solving ways and methods. In solving the problem of parking system matching calculation of some variables,such as the stroke of the cable and load efficiency,the initial friction coefficient by bench test, real vehicle test analysis method,the how to make these variables in the process development and production process of consistent,and these are the ways and methods to solve is the key to solve the problem of parking brake.
