摘要
在生产过程中对无缝钢管进行无损检测是保证产品质量的重要手段。在对超声检测原理及相应工艺参数分析的基础上,针对壁厚与外径比大于0.22的大直径无缝钢管超声波检测提出了一种切实可行的办法。实验结果表明:该系统对直管可进行连续的自动探伤和点动探伤,并能实现钢管壁厚的测量,完全满足实际生产的需要。
During manufacture process,nondestructive detection on seamless steel pipe is a importance method to make sure its quality. The practical approach for the ultrasonic testing of large-diameter seamless steel pipe is presented for the relative value of wall-thickness and diameter greater than 0.22.The experiments prove that the straight pipes can be detected by automatic continuous mode and point-moving mode of the system,the thickness of steel pipes also can be measured,can meet the requirement of the engineering application.
