摘要
针对口服液药品行业中药品运输量大、卫生要求高的问题设计了一台自动化机械手——口服液生产线搬运机械手。在分析了该机械手所需自由度与适合本机械手运动形式的基础上,完成该机械手的总体结构设计。采用PLC为主控制器,给出了系统的I/O口分配,对一些关键元件进行了选择,编制了程序,实现了自动控制,提高了生产效率。
How to use the method for sampling inspection, quality control of OEM products purchased parts to discuss. From the superiority of the sampling inspection, the importance of the sampling inspection in the quality control, sampling inspection is used in the method of the host plant, and so on. Through the sampling plan, the selection of sampling method, and the level of sampling, the effective isolation of supplier is not qualified, and supervise and urge the supplier to improve the quality level. The successful development of sampling inspection also provides reference for other host plants.
