针对口服液药品行业中药品运输量大、卫生要求高的问题设计了一台自动化机械手——口服液生产线搬运机械手。在分析了该机械手所需自由度与适合本机械手运动形式的基础上,完成该机械手的总体结构设计。采用PLC为主控制器,给出了系统的I/O口分配,对一些关键元件进行了选择,编制了程序,实现了自动控制,提高了生产效率。
