摘要
本文针对集装箱行业中波折板与底架焊接连贯性的问题设计了一台自动焊接车。在分析了直线段焊接与波内斜边段焊缝质量不同的基础上,完成了自动焊接车设计,解决了波折纹与底架焊接连贯性的问题。采用PLC为主控制器,对一些关键电器元件进行了选择,搭接了系统电路,编写了控制程序,实现了自动控制。实验证明该系统具有运动准确、连续可靠性较高,能够提高生产效率和焊接质量。
In this paper, automatic welding car is designed in view of the container industry twists and continuity of the chassis of grain welding problem. On the basis of analysing quality of the straight segment welding and wave hypotenuse in different period of weld seam, the design of automatic welding car is completed, the problem of the twists and continuity of the chassis of grain welding is solved. PLC is adopted as controller. Some key electrical components are selected, the system circuit is lapped, the control program is written,automatic control has been realized. The experiments show that the system has higher reliability and motion accurately, the production efficiency and the quality of welding is improved
