益生菌对糖尿病作用的相关研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 本文通过综述相关文献,探讨肠道菌群与1型糖尿病、2型糖尿病和益生菌之间的关联。结果表明,益生菌可以减少炎症反应、氧化应激反应,增加肠道上皮细胞中粘附蛋白的表达,减少肠道通透性,从而增加胰岛素的敏感性和降低自身免疫反应。 This article reviews relationship among gut microbiota,type 1 and type 2 diabetes and probiotics. It is show n that administration of probiotics can increase the insulin sensitivity and reduce the autoimmune response by reducing the inflammatory response and oxidative stress,increasing the expression of adhesion proteins w ithin the intestinal epithelium,reducing the intestinal permeability.
