他克莫司软膏对慢性湿疹患者血清LTB4、LTC4水平的影响

Effect of tacrolimus ointment on serum level of LTB4 and LTC4 in patients with chronic eczema

目的分析他克莫司软膏对慢性湿疹患者血清LTB4、LTC4水平的影响。方法选择2013年3月至2014年11月我院收治的84例慢性湿疹患者,按照入院顺序分为观察组(42例)和对照组(42例)。对照组使用卤米松软膏,观察组使用他克莫司软膏。评定两组患者的临床疗效,比较两组患者治疗前后血清LTB4、LTC4水平,分析两组患者的不良反应发生状况。结果观察组的总有效率(95.24%)显著高于对照组78.57%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者血清LTB4水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组血清LTB4水平为(0.279±0.071)ng/m L,显著低于对照组的(0.326±0.121)ng/m L,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者血清LTBC4水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组血清LTC4水平为(1.497±0.478)ng/m L,显著低于对照组的(1.713±0.316)ng/m L,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均无严重不良反应发生。结论他克莫司软膏能够明显改善慢性湿疹患者血清LTB4、LTC4的水平,其效果良好,值得推广使用。

Objective To analyze the effect of tacrolimus ointment on serum LTB4,LTC4 levels in patients w ith chronic eczema. Methods Eighty-four patients w ith chronic eczema in our hospital from March 2013 to November 2014 w ere selected and randomly divided into observation group（ n = 42） and control group（ n = 42）. Control group used halometasone ointment,w hile observation group w as treated w ith tacrolimus ointment. The clinical efficacy of the tw o groups w as evaluated,and LTB4,LTC4 levels of the tw o groups w ere compared before and after treatment. Adverse reactions of the tw o groups w ere analyzed. Results The total effective rate of observation group（ 95. 24%） was significantly higher than that of control group（ 78. 57%）,there was significant difference between the tw o groups（ P〈0. 05）. Before treatment,there w as no significant difference in serum LTB4 level betw een the tw o groups（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,serum LTB4 level of observation group [（ 0. 279 ± 0. 071） ng / m L] w as significantly low er than that of control group [（ 0. 326 ± 0. 121） ng / m L ],there w as significant difference betw een the tw o groups（ P〈0. 05）. Before treatment,there w as no significant difference in serum LTBC4 level betw een the tw o groups（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,serum LTBC4 level of observation group [（ 1. 497 ± 0. 478） ng /m L] was significantly low er than that of control group [（ 1. 713 ± 0. 316） ng / m L ],there w as significant difference betw een the tw o groups（ P〈0. 05）. There was no severe adverse reaction in the two groups. Conclusion Tacrolimus ointment can obviously improve the levels of serum LTB4,LTC4 in patients w ith chronic eczema w ith good efficacy,it is w orthy of popularizing w idely.
