摘要
以某水电站为背景,在1号机组充水调试过程中,分别进行直线关闭和分段关闭试验,分析记录的相关数据,在满足调节保证计算标准的前提下,选择更适合该机组的导叶分段关闭规律,通过试验,得到最优化的分段关闭拐点值。
In the commissioning of the No. 1 hydro-turbine unit in a hydropower station,experimental study is carried out on the closing process of hydro-turbine guide vanes. Two different closing schemes,i. e. the linear closing scheme and the two-step closing scheme,are tested. Results show that the two-step closing scheme is more suitable with satisfying the regulation dependability criteria. Also,three inflection vales of the closing process are tested,and the optimization value is obtained.
