摘要
针对企业对机床集中监控和管理的需求,利用信号处理、无线传感器网络和LabVIEW,设计了一种智能机床监控系统。根据实际需求将系统划分为4层管理,各层之间统一使用LabVIEW开发,以解决不同层设备之间的交互难题。通过虚拟仪器为基础的软硬件平台,实现了在机床车间环境中对监控系统的快速开发和应用。与传统监控系统相比,本系统更加方便机床集中控制和高效管理。
In view of the enterprise's requirements of monitoring and centralized management of machine tools, an intelligent monitoring system is designed by making use of the advantages of signal processing, wireless sensor networks (WSN) and virtual instrument. Four suhsystems are classified for easily management based on the actual demand and every subsystem is developed by LabVIEW uniformly, which can enhance the subsystem's interactive robustness. Platform based on virtual in- strument can implement in machine shop environment for rapid development and application in monitoring system. Compared with the traditional monitoring system, it is more convenient centralized control and efficient management for machine tools.
