阳虚证中医证候的德尔菲法专家调查研究

Research on Yang Deficiency Syndromes of TCM by Delphi Method Expert Questionnaire

目的:运用德尔菲法对阳虚证四诊比重及证候诊断指标的权重进行调查分析。方法:通过两轮的专家问卷调查,将专家的对阳虚证证候的认识进行归纳、整理,筛选出10个阳虚证证候指标,编制阳虚证入选指标专家咨询问卷,向省内19位专家发送,回收的资料使用Excel 2007建立数据库,通过Saaty’s法计算其权重,同时分析四诊在诊断中的优先顺序。结果:回收问卷19份,专家积极系数为100%,平均权威系数为0.89。阳虚证四诊的优先顺序依次是问诊、望诊、切诊、闻诊。证候诊断的优先顺序为:畏寒肢冷、脉沉迟无力、痰白清稀、倦怠乏力、小便清长、喜热饮、大便溏薄、舌淡白湿润、语声低怯、颜面浮肿。结论:参与调查的专家代表性和积极性均较高,其权威程度较好。通过对阳虚证的证候指标的权重估计,为新诊断标准的制定奠定了基础,为中医证候信息化的发展做了必要的准备。但仍需进一步通过临床实践来评价其价值。

Objective： Using the Delphi method, to explore the weights of four diagnostic methods and yang deficiency syn- drome indicators. Method： Through two rounds of expert survey, the awareness of the experts on Yang Deficiency Syndrome was summarized and organized, and l0 indicators yang deficiency syndrome were selected. Compiled the expert consultation question- naire of yang deficiency syndrome indicators. The expert consultation questionnaires were send to 19 specialists all over Shaanxi province. Excel 2007 software was used to set up database. The Saaty＇s method was used to calculate the weights, while deter- mine priorities of four diagnostic methods in diagnosis. Results： There were 19 questionnaires retrieved. The specialist active co- efficient was 100%. The average of authority coefficients was 0.89. Priorities of four diagnostic methods were inquiry, inspection, and palpation, listening and smelling examination. Priorities of syndromes were intolerance of cold and cold limbs, deep delay and feeble pulse, thin and white sputum, Lassitude, Clear abundant urine, hot drink preference, thin sloppy stool, pale and moist tongue, low voice and facial edema. Conclusions： The representation and enthusiasm of experts participating in the survey were high, as well as the extent of its authority. By yang deficiency syndrome index weight estimate, laid the foundation for the de- velopment of new diagnostic criteria and make the necessary preparations for TCM syndrome development of information tech- nology. However, further clinical practice is still needed to evaluate the value of the research.
