加味健脾益肾方辅助经皮肾镜联合钬激光治疗铸型肾结石40例临床观察

Clinical Observation of 40 Cases of Jiawei Jianpi Yishen Decoction combined with PCNL using Holmium Laser Lithotrity on Cast Renal Calculus

目的:观察加味健脾益肾方配合经皮肾镜联合钬激光治疗铸型肾结石的临床疗效。方法:将80例铸型肾结石患者随机分为实验组与对照组,每组40例,全部在B超引导下建立经皮肾镜通道,采用经皮肾镜联合钬激光治疗加超声碎石清石系统进行碎石和清石。对照组患者术后口服枸橼酸氢钾钠颗粒4周;实验组患者术后口服加味健脾益肾方4周。结果:80例患者均手术成功,与对照组残留结石治愈率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味健脾益肾方配合经皮肾镜联合钬激光治疗铸型肾结石疗效肯定。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Jianpi Yishen Decoction （JWJPYSD,加味健脾益肾方）com- bined with percutaneous nephrolithotomy （PCNL） using Holmium laser lithotrity on cast renal calculus. Method： The 80 patients with cast renal calculus were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 40 cases in each group. All the pa- tients received PCNL using holmium laser lithotrity with the guidance of B-Ultrasound. The experimental group was treated with JWJPYSD, while the control group took Potassium Sodium Hydrogen Citrate Granules, both for 4 weeks. Results： The 80 cases were successfully treated by PCNL using holmium laser lithotrity. Compared with the control group, the clearance rate of residual stones in experimental control group was higher, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： JWJPYSD com- bined with percutaneous nephrolithotomy （PCNL） using Holmium laser lithotrity has good effect on cast renal calculus.
