负压封闭引流术联合枝黄止痛洗剂治疗糖尿病足溃疡疗效观察

Effects of Vacuum Sealing Drainage Technology combined with Zhihuang Analgesic Lotion on Diabetic Foot Ulcers

目的:观察负压封闭引流技术联合枝黄止痛洗剂外洗治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床疗效。方法:将60例糖尿病足溃疡患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组在常规控制感染和血糖等治疗的同时予清创及创面换药;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上,应用负压封闭引流技术联合枝黄止痛洗剂外洗治疗。观察两组创面愈合的例数、肉芽组织形成的时间、伤口愈合时间、治愈率和截肢率。结果:治疗组治愈率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组肉芽组织形成时间、伤口愈合时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:负压封闭引流技术联合枝黄止痛洗剂外洗治疗糖尿病足溃疡有较好疗效,能缩短肉芽组织形成时间、伤口愈合时间,提高治愈率。

Objective： To observe the effects of Vacuum Sealing Drainage （VSD） Technology combined with Zhihuang Anal- gesic Lotion on Diabetic Foot Ulcers （DFU）. Method： The 60 patients with diabetic foot ulcers were randomly divided into treat- ment group and control group, each 30 cases. The control group was supplemented by debridement and wound dressing in the conventional control infection and blood sugar support therapy; while the treatment group was treated with VSD Technology com- bined with Zhihuang Analgesic Lotion （枝黄止痛洗剂）. Then the cases of wound healing, the time of granulation tissue forma- tion, wound healing time, and the cure rate and amputation rate were all observed. Results： Compared with the control group, the cure rate of the treatment group was higher （P〈0.05）. The time of granulation tissue formation and wound healing were both shoter than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The therpy of VSD technology combined with Zhihuang Analgesic Lo- tion is an effective treatment of diabetic foot ulcers, and it can shorten the time of granulation tissue formation, the wound heal- ing time, and aslo can improve the cure rate.
