摘要
某型8速变速器在整车试车中,变速器挂8挡时,当输入转速为1 300-1 600 r/min时,变速器产生明显的啸叫。为了解决这个问题,对该变速器进行台架试验,通过频谱分析及对变速器中间轴8挡轮、中间轴及变速器壳体进行模态试验及分析,发现8挡齿轮副啮合动态激励导致中间轴发生共振,引起变速器异响。通过改变8挡轮齿数但不改变速比,有效避开了中间轴的共振区,消除了变速器异响。
Transmission is one important part of the power transfer system of a car. Its sound and vibration deeply affect the car's sound quality. An eight gears transmission fixed in a car howls when it is in the eighth gear and the input speed is 1300 - 1600r / min. In order to solve the problem,the transmission was fixed on the test device,and the vibration and sound of the transmission was measured. It was found that the middle shaft resonated because of the mesh process dynamic excitation of the eighth gear by frequency spectrum analysis and modal analysis. That was the reason why the transmission generated abnormal noise. Through changing the number of the gears' teeth but not changing the velocity ratio,the middle shaft resonating is effective avoided and the abnormal noise of the transmission is eliminated.
