设计专用检具,在该检具上用四面体检测90°分度曲轴的分度误差,方便、准确,在曲轴生产现场使用效果较好。

A special checking fixture was designed. Using the fixture and standard tetrahedron,the indexing error of 90° indexing crankshaft was detected. The method is simple and accurate and good effect has gained in production field of crankshaft.
