方向盘是轿车驾驶员的操纵中心,其功能-结构设计对驾驶员的驾乘安全性及操纵舒适性有着极其重要的影响。概述了方向盘功能进化情况,并对某款要求具备转向操纵功能、喇叭功能、驾驶员防护功能与多功能集成功能的A级轿车方向盘进行结构设计,同时总结了该设计过程中的主要注意事项。
The steering wheel is an important operation center of one car. Reasonable functions and structures are quite related to drivers＇ safety and comfort while steering. Function＇s history and development of the steering wheel were summarized. The structure of one A-level sedan steering wheel was designed which had steering function,horn function,driver protection function,multi-functions integration. The main notices in design process were summarized.
