摘要
建立汽车悬架支架三维实体模型和有限元模型,依据几种典型的实际工况对支架施加约束和载荷,分析支架在各工况下的应力和应变情况。检验支架满足静强度要求,为其结构设计、优化和疲劳寿命预测提供理论依据。
The 3D entity model and finite element model of automotive suspension bracket were established. Constraints and loads were imposed on the suspension bracket according to several typical actual conditions,and stress and strain situation in various conditions were analyzed. It is tested that the bracket satisfys the requirement of static strength. It provides theoretical basis for structure design,optimization and fatigue life prediction.
