国医大师路志正教授从脾胃论治胸痹(冠心病)

National Top Chinese Physician Professor Zhizheng Lu in Treatment of Chest Obstruction(Coronary Heart Disease) from Spleen-Stomach

国医大师路志正教授致力于脾胃学说与胸痹的研究,认为冠心病相当于中医胸痹心痛,脾胃失调是胸痹(冠心病)发病的重要基础病机,主要表现在:脾胃生化不足,气血亏虚致心脉灌注不足;脾胃运化失常,膏浊痰湿致心脉雍塞;脾胃升降不利,气机郁滞致心脉痹阻。临证将其分为心脾两虚、宗气亏乏、脾虚湿阻、肝脾不和、脾肾阳虚等15种证型,治以益气健脾、补益宗气、运脾化浊、疏肝理脾、温补脾肾等法,治疗虽然可按藏腑辨证施治,但必须"持中央",调脾胃,以运四旁,中气得调则事半功倍。

Professor Zhizheng Lu devoted himself in study of spleen-stomach theory and chest obstruction. The coronary heart disease could be as chest stuffiness and pains in TCM. The dysfunction spleen-stomach was the important onset of chest obstruction （coronary heart disease） including transformed insufficiently by the spleen-stomach, deficiency of qi and blood to hypoperfusion of heart, dysfunction of spleen -stomach transformation, Gaozhuo Tanshi to blockage of heart, disorder of spleen-stomach up-down, stasis of qi to heart stagnation. Clinical experiences divided the diseases into 15 types of syndrome： heart-spleen deficiency, deficient of pectoral-qi, Spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation, liver- spleen disharmony, yang deficiency of spleen-kidney which were treated by the methods of tonifying qi and spleen, reinforcing pectoral-qi, activating the spleen to clearing away turbidnes, smooth the liver and regulate the spleen, tonifying the spleen and kidney. Although the treatment could be implemented according to Zang-Fu differentiation, it must hold the theory of ＂Chi Zhongyang＂ and harmonizing the spleen-stomach to activate Sipang. The sufficient splenic qi could achieve half the treatment with double effects.
