陈新宇教授对仲景方证对应与合方思想的临证应用

Professor Xinyu Chen's Clinical Application Based on Zhongjing Prescriptions Corresponding to Syndromes and Thoughts of Combined Prescriptions

经方的方证对应与合方思想是仲景学说的核心,湖南省名中医陈新宇教授对此有着深入研究与独到见解。本文以其对桂枝汤、小柴胡汤、小青龙汤、苓桂术甘汤、真武汤等经方的应用和理解为出发点,论述陈教授在临床上对经方方证对应与合方思想的应用经验。陈教授认为只有做到熟悉原文,精通理法方药,能够灵活将各经方拆分、合用,创造出适合于各非经典病证之方,才能在临床中做到处变不惊、从容应对。

Prescriptions corresponding to syndromes and thoughts of combined prescriptions are core ideas of Zhongjing theory. Professor Xinyu Chen, the famous traditional Chinese medicine specialist in Hunan, has in-depth research and unique views. In this paper, the understandings and applications of Chinese classical prescriptions Guizhi decoction, Xiaochaihu decoction, Xiaoqinglong decoction, Linggui Zhugan decoction and Zhenwu decoction were as the starting point. This article focuses on Professor Chen＇s clinical application experiences of prescriptions corresponding to syndromes and thoughts of combined prescriptions.
