摘要
介绍江西铜业铅锌金属有限公司降低锌冶炼常规浸出渣含锌的实践。在锌冶炼常规浸出流程设备基础上,充分发挥现有设备潜能、合理配置、优化控制参数等手段,立足现有流程,在确保中性浸出正常生产的前提下,部分浸出铁酸锌,使锌系统产出的浸出渣含锌由平均21%下降到平均17.8%,日产250t锌锭时实现少产渣18t。进入铅冶炼系统的锌含量减少11.55t/d,同时节约18t/d渣处理成本约1.1万元/d,年可节约直接成本330万元。
The practice of zinc content reducing in leaching residue from conventional zinc smelting process in JCC Lead and Zinc Metals Company Ltd. is described. Based on conventional leaching process equipment of zinc smelting,the potential performance of the equipment is fully played and the equipment is rationally configured and the control parameters are optimized. On the condition of the current flowsheet is maintained and the neutral leaching process is in normal production,the zinc ferrite in calcine is partially leached,and zinc content in leaching residue produced by zinc smelting process is down to 17. 8% from the original 21%,residue output is decreased by 18 t / d under the capacity of 250 t / d-Zn. Otherwise,the zinc quantity is decreased by 11. 55 t / d in the lead smelting system,and$ 11000 daily 18 t / d residue treatment cost are saved,annually $ 3. 3M.
