氧化淀粉交联改性PVA胶粘剂的制备和性能研究 被引量:6

摘要 以聚乙烯醇(PVA)和红薯淀粉为原料、硼砂为交联剂、双氧水(H2O2)和过硫酸铵(APS)为氧化剂,采用氧化交联法制备了环保、耐水和高强的氧化淀粉交联改性PVA胶粘剂。研究结果表明:淀粉和PVA之间发生了氧化反应,并形成了交联结构;当w(淀粉)=40%、w(H2O2)=3%、w(APS)=0.45%和w(硼砂)=2.0%(均相对于PVA质量而言)时,改性胶粘剂的综合性能相对最好,其胶接强度、耐水性分别为0.88 MPa、95 h,并且其流动性好、无霉变现象。 With polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and sweet potato starch as raw materials, borax as crosslinker, hydrogen peroxide(H2O2) anti ammonium persulfate(APS) as oxidants, an environment friendly PVA adhesive with water resistance and high strength, which was crosslinked and modified by oxidized starch, was prepared by oxidative crosslinking method. The research results showed that the crosslinking structure between starch and PVA was h)rmed by oxidation. The modified adhesive had the relatively best combination property because its bonding strength anti water resistance were 0.88 MPa and 95 h respectively, and it had the good liquidity and hadn' t mihtew phenomenon when mass fractions of starch, H202, APS and borax were 40%, 3%, 0.45% and 2.0% respectively in PVA.
