聚丙烯酸酯涂料印花黏合剂的合成

摘要 以BA(丙烯酸丁酯)为软单体、MMA(甲基丙烯酸甲酯)为硬单体、AA(丙烯酸)为功能单体、APS(过硫酸铵)为引发剂、SDS(十二烷基硫酸钠)/NP-40(壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚)为阴/非离子型复合乳化剂,采用预乳化半连续乳液聚合法合成了聚丙烯酸酯类涂料印花黏合剂。研究结果表明:当75~80℃聚合3 h、85℃保温1 h、m(MMA)∶m(BA)=25∶72、w(APS)=0.8%、w(复合乳化剂)=3%(均相对于单体总质量而言)且m(SDS)∶m(NP-40)=1∶(1.5~2.0)时,涂料印花黏合剂乳液的综合性能相对最好。 With BA (butyl acrylate) as soft monomer, MMA (methyl methacrylate) as hard monomer, AA (acrylic acid) as functional monomer, APS (ammonium persulfate) as initiator and SDS (sodium dodecyl sulfate)/NP-40 (nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether) as anion/nonionic composite emulsifier, a polyacrylate pigment printing adhesive was synthesized by pre-emulsification semi-continuous emulsion polymerization. The research results showed that the pigment printing adhesive emulsion had the relatively best combination property whan the polymerization and heat preservation conditions were 3 h at 75-80 ~C and 1 h at 85 ~C respectively, mass ratio of m (MMA) : m (BA) was 25: 72, mass fractions of APS and composite emulsifier were 0.8% and 3% respectively in total monomers, and mass ratio of m( SDS ) :m(NP-40) was 1 : ( 1.5-2.0).
