摘要 以转炉钢渣为主要原料,采用共沉淀法制备Mg-Fe类水滑石,通过XRF、XRD、BET等测试手段对产物组成、组织和结构进行表征,并通过吸附铬蓝K研究了Mg-Fe类水滑石的吸附性能。结果表明,90℃×24 h、pH=11.5时制备的钢渣基Mg-Fe类水滑石,铬蓝K吸附率达到52.4%。 A novel synthesis of Mg-Fe based Hydrotalcite-Like compound from converter steel slag is proposed in this work. The composition and structures of the slag-derived Hydrotalcite-Like compound samples are evaluated through XRF, XRD and BET analysis, and the absorption property estimated by the adsorption rate of chrome bule K. The results indicated that the adsorption rate of chrome blue K reached 52.4 % over the slag-derived Mg-Fe Hydrotalcite-Like compound sample obtained by coprecipitation at 90 ℃ and still for 24 h from the slag-derived leachate at pH=11.5.
