摘要 介绍了以过氯乙烯为主要成膜物,自制亚麻油醇酸树脂为增韧改性树脂,用硅烷偶联剂处理的导电石墨为导电剂的新型防腐导静电涂料的配方、制备工艺及主要性能指标;研究了树脂分子量、增塑剂种类、硅烷偶联剂和涂层厚度对涂料性能的影响,该产品可用于金属表面防腐导静电涂装。 A new heavy corrosion preventing static conductive paint was prepared with CPVC as its main film forming substance, linseed oil alkyd resin as toughening resin, conductive graphite modified by silane coupling agent as conductive material. Its formula, manufacturing process and main performance indexes were introduced. Studied the influence of the resin molecular weight, plasticizer species, silane coupling agent dosage and coating thickness to properties of the coating. The paint can be used for metal surface corrosion antistatic coating.
