摘要
生物修复作为环境生物技术的核心部分,因其本身具有快速、高效及费用低廉的优点,被称为是一种环境友好替代技术而受到国内外日益广泛的重视。文章综述了有机污染水体生物修复机理,介绍了三种主要的生物修复技术,即投加有效降解微生物法、培养土著微生物法和植物修复法及其研究现状。并展望了生物技术只有同物理和化学处理方法结合起来形成综合处理技术,并加强监测与生物修复过程控制,才能更好、更有效地修复水体有机污染。
Bioremediation, as the core part of environmental biotechnology, is increasingly widespread attention at home and abroadis. Because of its advantages of rapid, efficient and low cost, it is known as a kind of environmental friendly alternative technologies. The article summarizes the mechanism and research status of three main bioremediation for organic polluted water, namely, adding the effective degradation microorganism method; cultivate the indigenous microorganisms' method and plants repair method. In order to obtain better and more effective repair of organic pollution in water body, biotechnology was discussed to form comprehensive processing technology combined with physical and chemical treatment method. It's also significant to strengthen monitoring and bioremediation process control.
