对恶臭气治理装置在惠州炼化的应用进行了探讨,并根据系统中出现的问题对流程和操作进行了改造和优化,如根据氨含量偏高的问题将除盐水定期置换改为净化水连续置换,并增加液位远传、液控和流控等设施,减少了除盐水的消耗,降低了装置的处理负荷。优化了系统的启停程序和联锁值,确保气相不冲破水封,避免了氮气的浪费,保证了运行的稳定性。对暂时无法解决的问题提出了改造建议,如增上液环压缩机,将轻烃含量较高的脱臭尾气加压后送入低压火炬系统,消除了安全风险。目前脱臭系统运行稳定,尾气达标排放,极大的改善了装置现场的作业环境。

At present, the deodorization system runs stably, exhaust emissions is up to standard, greatly improved the working environment of unit.
