摘要
建立了火焰原子吸收法测定退锡废水中锡含量不确定度的评定方法。分析了样品称量引入的不确定度、消解后定容体积引入的不确定度、消解过程引入的不确定度、校准曲线拟合引入的不确定度、重复性测量引入的不确定度。经过实例样品计算,得出其相对扩展不确定度。
An assessment method of uncertainty was established for the measurement tin-content in spent tin-striping solution by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The uncertainty Caused by sample weighing、Constant volume after digestion、Digestion process、The calibration curve fitting、Repetitive measurement was analyzed.through calculation, The relative expanded uncertainty was obtained.
