摘要 文章论述了采用吹扫捕集富集水中的挥发性有机物,解吸后,用气相色谱—质谱联用法测定,选择特征离子定量。并对该方法进行了包括标准曲线、相关系数、精密度、准确度和回收率的实验分析,通过结果分析,精密度、准确度、回收率方面都符合国家对水中挥发性有机物的标准要求。本方法干扰小、操作方便、分离度好、灵敏度高、结果准确,适用同时测定水中25种挥发性有机物。 The article discusses the enrich of volatile organic compounds of the water by purge and trap, after desorption, detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, and select the feature ion quantification. And the method experimented includes standard curve, correlation coefficient, precision, accuracy, and recovery. By the results of the analysis, precision, accuracy, recovery is in line with national standards for volatile organic compounds in water. The method is less interference, easy operation, good resolution, high sensitivity, accurate and suitable for the simultaneous determination of 25 kinds of volatile organic compounds in water.
