摘要
纳氏试剂分光光度法是测定水质氨氮的方法之一,具有操作简便、灵敏等特点,但受到滤纸中氨含量、显色时间、温度、p H等因素的影响。为了减少实验误差,确保实验数据的准确性,文章就上述因素对纳氏试剂法测定氨氮的影响进行探讨并提出了见解。
