大学高分子化学实验中苯乙烯乳液聚合实验的改进

摘要 选用苯乙烯和少量的丙烯酸为聚合反应单体,以十二烷基磺酸钠,OP-10,油酸钾为乳化剂,进行乳液聚合反应。与目前普遍选用的以苯乙烯为聚合单体,十二烷基磺酸钠和OP-10为乳化剂的乳液聚合反应相比,改进后的乳液聚合不会出现凝胶,实验成功率高,极大地调动了学生做实验的积极性。可代替原有的乳液聚合反应实验,作为大学高分子化学实验的教学课程内容。 An improved emulsion polymerization of styrene was carried out by using styrene and acrylic acid as monomer. Sodium dodecylsulphate, OP-10 and potassium oleate were chosen as emulsifier. The improved method has much more emulsion stability compared with the common used method. Students show their very interest in the experiment. The good effect indicates that the improved experimental design can be used as the content of "polymer chemistry experiment for undergraduate students".
