摘要
【目的】采用多种育种技术手段培育适合设施种植、具有酸甜味的甜瓜新品种。【方法】利用航空育种、辐射诱变育种或远生态、远地域、多亲复合杂交结合常规育种技术选育新品种,并参加全国甜瓜品种区域试验和生产试验。【结果】甜瓜"风味"系列新品种,表现为坐果整齐一致,肉质具有酸甜味,柠檬酸含量高于普通甜瓜2-3倍,可溶性固形物16%以上,抗病性强。【结论】"风味"系列甜瓜新品种中,有不同的果型、不同果皮色,肉质脆或软。其中,"风味5号"通过国家甜瓜作物新品种鉴定委员会鉴定。
【Objective】A series of new melon cultivars with such characteristics as sour and sweet flavour and which would be suitable for protected system cultivating were selected by using multi- technology of breeding. 【Method】A series of new hybrids‘flavor melon cultivar'were selected by multi- technology,including spacing breeding,inducing breeding by radiation,shuttle breeding,complicated crossing by multi-parents,and traditional breeding. 【Result】After testing in the regional and production trials in China,‘flavor melon cultivar'exhibited variety characteristics,such as consistent fruit setting,sour sweet taste flesh,high citric acid content( 2- 3 times higher than normal cultivar),high total soluble solids content( more than16%),high resistance. 【Conclusion】There are many types of ‘flavor melon cultivar'with different fruit sizes,rind colors,flesh texture. Among these cultivars,‘flavor No. 5 'has passed the test of National Crop New Variety Identification Committee of China.
