摘要
【目的】对青年伊犁马12 km耐力测试赛后血液生化指标的影响进行研究,分析青年伊犁马12 km耐力赛血液生化指标的变化规律,为伊犁马耐力训练提供参考。【方法】分别于12 km测试赛赛前、赛后即刻、赛后15 min、赛后90 min检测血浆中总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、胆固醇(CHO)、甘油三酯(TG)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、血肌酐(CREA)、血尿素(UREA)、血尿酸(UA)和乳酸(LAC)12项血液生化指标,并对各时间点血液生化指标进行方差分析。【结果】赛后即刻CK、LDH、LAC、UA、CREA极显著高于赛前水平(P<0.01),ALT、AST水平显著升高(P<0.05);TP、ALB、CHO、TG、UREA差异不显著(P>0.05);经90 min休息后,CK、LDH、UA极显著高于赛前水平(P<0.01),其余指标均基本恢复至赛前状态(P>0.05)。【结论】马匹在12 km耐力测试赛后可能会造成大量失水,体内酸性物质堆积,部分心肌、肝脏及骨骼肌细胞受损,肾脏血流量减少,肾小球过滤性降低,但除肌肉细胞损伤需较长时间恢复外,其他方面的损伤在休息90 min后均可恢复。
【Objective】The experiment is to study the effect of young Yili horse blood biochemical indexes after 12 km endurance test race and analyze the change rule of young Yili horse 12 km endurance blood biochemical indexes in order to provide a reference for Yili horse endurance training.【Method】12 blood biochemical indexes: total protein( TP),albumin( ALB),cholesterol( CHO),triglyceride( TG) Alanine aminotransferase( ALT),aspartate aminotransferase( AST),creatine kinase( CK),lactate dehydrogenase( LDH),se-rum creatinine( CREA),blood UREA( UREA) the blood uric acid( UA) and lactic acid( LAC),before the race,immediately after the race and 90 minutes after the race were tested respectively. And the indexes of every time point were analyzed by ANOVA.【Result】The results indicated that The CK,LDH,LAC,UA,CREA of immediately after the race were highly increased( P〈0. 01),compared with those before the race. ALT,AST level were significantly increased( P〈0. 05),TP,ALB,CHO,TG,UREA did not make significant difference( P〈0. 05). After 90 min rest,the level of CK,LDH,UA were highly higher than those before the race( P〈0.01) and others basically rebounded to motionless level( P〈0. 05).【Conclusion】Horses in 12 km endurance test may cause dehydration,the accumulation of acidity material inside the body,a part of myocardial,liver and skeletal muscle cells were damaged,renal blood flow decreases,glomerular filterability was reduced,but all of systems function will recover after rest of 90 min except that the muscle cells need more times.
